Inspection while installing new electrical equipment
An electrical inspections done by Clover Electric helped guide a home buyer on the installation of several new electrical devices. The home was rather old and we were able to see very practical reasons for extra outlets and change in internal wiring and circuitry to make the home more compatible with the needs and appliances of today's homeowner. The new home was outside of Cleveland in Parma Ohio and the buyer wanted to create an entertainment area with complete home theater system and sound technology to enjoy the Cleveland Brown's games during football season. Clover Electric was called in for a pre-home purchase home electrical inspection. Our electricians were able to point out that there were not enough outlets for the TV, lighting and other electrical equipment the buyer wanted to install. By changing the wiring in a few places and placement of the additional wiring outlets, the electricians from Clover Electric were able to help the client add a nice sized flat screen TV and movie theater paraphernalia thus creating a real game day entertainment room. Even more importantly the buyer was fully educated on the true state of the current electrical wiring, panel box, etc.

As our reliance on technology grows so does our need for power and out of date electrical wiring can be dangerous. Another one of Clover Electric’s customers outside of Cleveland in Chagrin wanted to upgrade their kitchen with new appliances and also wanted to install new wiring for an HVAC system. During the inspection, the electrician from Clover Electric pointed out flaws in the electric system that the homeowner never noticed. They helped the house owner change the wiring outlets along with the lighting around kitchen counter area. Other upgrades were also required to make the wiring system strong enough to handle a new HVAC system.
