Mike Talty has spent over 22 years working in the residential electrical field. His journey through the electrical industry spans virtually every aspect of residential service, installation, and system maintenance.
Throughout his two
decades in the trade, Mike has acquired hands-on experience across the entire spectrum of residential electrical work. His practical background ranges from fundamental troubleshooting—such as outlet, switch, and lighting repairs—to highly complex, specialized installations like residential elevator wiring and whole-home power integration.


O
ver the course of his career, Mike developed a core specialization in electrical panel upgrades, main service replacements, and comprehensive system maintenance. Panels serve as the central heart of any residential electrical system, and Mike’s extensive experience in diagnostic evaluation, panel overload prevention, and safe load distribution has made him a trusted authority in home electrical infrastructure. Outside of his executive duties at Clover Electric Inc., Mike is a devoted family man who prioritizes spending quality time with his wife of over 13 years, Chelsie, and their two sons, Tyler (age 20) and Luke (age 10).

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Mike stays active by spending time with his family on the golf course during the warmer months and hitting the slopes for skiing during the winter. Whether navigating a ski trail with his sons or enjoying a round of golf, he values the balance that outdoor recreation and family life bring to his active professional career.
